The HPA Pressure Switch by Baccara is a new generation, high-impact plastic switch engineered for reliable and precise pressure monitoring and control in a wide range of applications. This robust switch is designed to perform consistently even in demanding environments, offering a blend of durability and accuracy. It is CE and ROHS compliant, and cULus approved, ensuring it meets stringent international standards.

The HPA Pressure Switch stands out with its robust construction and adaptable design. It features a glass-filled nylon housing and a standard Buna-N diaphragm, with optional EPDM, KAPTON®, or VITON® diaphragms available to suit various media and temperature requirements. The switch offers multiple adjustment ranges, from 3-20 PSI (0.2-1.4 Bar) up to 50-150 PSI (3.5-10 Bar), allowing for precise customization to specific operational needs.

Engineered for accuracy, the HPA switch boasts a repeatability of $\pm 2$ of the full set point range at $70^{\circ }F$ $(21^{\circ }C)$. It is available in normally open (NO), normally closed (NC), or SPDT circuit configurations. Electrical ratings are typically 5A at 125V/250VAC and 5A at 12/24VDC, with an option for gold contacts suitable for low voltage and current applications (less than 12 VDC and 20 milliamp). Various terminal options are available, including spade, terminal screws, flying leads, Deutsch integral, and M12 connectors, providing flexibility in electrical connections. The switch is designed to withstand a maximum overpressure of 250 PSI (17 Bar) and weighs a mere 0.08 lbs (0.04 kg). Depending on the terminal type, it offers IP00 protection for exposed terminals and up to IP69 for flying leads, M12, and Deutsch integral options.
